7. Intellectual Property

  • All custom work (websites, logos, designs) becomes the client’s property upon full payment.
  • Union Soft reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

8. Training Programs (for Trainees)

  • Course access is granted for a defined period.
  • Sharing login credentials or course content is strictly prohibited.
  • Certification is provided upon successful completion of assignments or final assessments.

9. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must respond to communication in a timely manner to ensure project delivery.
  • Delay in response beyond 7 working days may result in project hold or cancellation without refund.
  • Clients must ensure content (images, text, etc.) provided to Union Soft does not infringe on copyrights or violate laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Union Soft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from:

  • Delays due to technical issues beyond our control
  • Client-provided content leading to copyright claims
  • Misuse of services or training material
